What does Wine & Gifts do for you?
Wine & Gifts is a 24-hour giftservice specially for you - via the internet - with the finest quality Wines and Gifts for special occassions within The Netherlands. Always in stunning packaging that makes the gift exclusive, with or without a personal card. You can order every gift via the internet. You may also send us your wishes via e-mail and we will make sure your personal note will be written on the card! Generally we will respond to your e-mail within 2 office hours on business days (Local Dutch Time).

Terms of Payment
Eenmalige Banktransfer: You will receive this orderform by e-mail, after we have received your order. Wine & Gifts will accept the order and subsequently ship the gifts to the Customer only after receiving your eenmalige banktransfer via fax or mail. For a successfully processed and approved banktransfer we need your bankaccount number of a Dutch registered Bank with the cityname where the Bank is located. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as we have received your banktransfer.

Payment in advance: You pay the total amount to Wine & Gifts prior to us shipping your order. As reference mark on your payment your companyname as well as the order number. We contact our bank via the internet on a daily basis. The order will be shipped on the day payment has been succesfully processed. Wine & Gifts will confirm the shipment via e-mail.

When will my order be delivered?
Generally, orders received before 12 AM (and if we have received your signed and approved eenmalige Banktransfer) are shipped the same day via TNT-Post. The Dutch Postal Authorities will deliver your gift the next day throughout The Netherlands, however, Wine & Gifts are not responsible for delay in the shipping time, caused by TNT-Post. A signature will be required for delivery by TNT-Post. If there is nobody at home, TNT-Post will leave a message. The message contains the next delivery date or the address of the local postoffice where your Customer can collect the gift. Of course you can always supply us with a prefered delivery date and we will do our utmost to realise that. Delivery on Sunday, Monday or Holidays is not possible.

The shipping charges are not included in the product price. These charges are € 6,50 per shipment throughout The Netherlands.

Shipments to Foreign Countries:
We can also arrange delivery in foreign countires. The shipping charges vary per to the country. The same is applicable to the delivery time. An avarage delivery takes 3 - 5 workingdays and the shipping charges are approx. € 18,50 - € 24,50 exclusive of VAT. Please contact us for special requests.

We guarantee that we will never sell, rent or transmit your personal information to any third party, unless the client has been declared in default by Wine & Gifts.

Your Age:
We do not sell alcoholic drinks to minors. By placing your order you declare to be 18 years or older.
